Our Courses

From January to October, you'll tackle a different theme each month: finance, AI, team management, strategy, globalization, and leadership. It's not all work and no play – how about a mountain trek or AI and geopolitical talks? Plus, Harvard ManageMentor courses and team projects mean you're not just learning theory – you're living it.

FLA follows the 70-20-10 rule: 70% on-the-job, 20% shadowing mentors, and 10% formal training.
